SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Timeline :

We usually take 10-12 days for delivery once the order is placed with us. We ship the products directly from our Warehouse. We are closed on Sundays, so any order placed with us on Saturday post 6pm will be due for processing on Monday. We only ship in India. 

 

Delivery Cost :

We offer Free Delivery to all our serviceable pincodes in India. No extra charge will be levied. 

Tracking ID :

Our Supply Chain Team will look after the Tracking ID details once the products have been dispatched. You will receive a call when the the order is going to be delivered to your homes. 

CANCELLATION ,RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancelling an Order or Part of an Order

If after placing an order, cancellation of the order (or part of the order) is made within 24 hours of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier, full amount shall be fully refunded by JK Steel Corporation Else, no amount shall be refunded by JK Steel Corporation.

Returning an item

Once an item is shipped to the customer, no returns or refunds shall be entertained by JK Steel Corporation Only exchanges can be made as per below mentioned criteria.

Exchanging an item

An item can be exchanged for another piece of the same product or a different product from JK Steel Corporation within 7 days of the item being delivered to the customer. Return requests are not accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange eligibility

Damaged - If the item delivered to the customer is in a damaged condition.

Defective - If the item delivered to the customer is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

Difference - If the item delivered to the customer is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.

Missing - If the product delivered to the customer is incomplete or has components missing.
